Communication was very easy and smooth from the first, and the whole trip was both amazing and comfortable. Archie is knowledgeable, entertaining and sensitive to his clients' preferences. It was a pleasure to enjoy the scenery and leave the driving to him! (especially after enjoying a "wee dram" in the beautiful, off-the-beaten-path natural locations he shared with us.) My husband and I and the other couple we traveled with have only positive feedback to give.
A huge thank you to Archie for a fantastic 3 day tour of Scotland. Archie has a brilliant knowledge of Scotland, in terms of its geography, history, hidden gems and fabulous places to eat. He put together a bespoke itinerary to cater for my specific interests and it certainly did not disappoint, he even squeezed in a few extras along the route to accommodate my love of castles! The most amazing memory, which will be forever etched in my head, is the moment he played the bagpipes on the shores of Loch Awe beside Kilchurn Castle, with my wee dram in hand. He's a real Scotsman (despite the accent lol) and even wore his kilt, this really made the experience authentic and completely exceed my expectations of Scotalnd, which I have now fallen in love with. I will most certainly be back and would highly recommend Archie and his Uniquely Scotland tours!
